Please follow this link to the contemporary style operator. 41-206PD Two top screw holes with 7/16 inch (11.1 millimeter) distance between the centers. Two bottom screw holes with 1-3/8 inch (34.9 millimeter) distance between the centers. The distance between the top and bottom screw holes is 5-1/4 inches (133 millimeters) between the centers.
