We put this on our big printer and it works like a charm. It comes on like clockwork and shuts down as scheduled. Exactly what we needed.

E. Estrada in his review pretty well sums up what needs to be said about this neat little timer.
It should be noted the maximum power for tungsten light bulbs is only 60 watts. That would be something to pay attention to if you're wanting to time a multi-bulb floor lamp or a table lamp with a triple power bulb that may have 75 or 100 watt filaments.
Also, it might be easy to overlook this on the instruction sheet: "Before using the timer, plug it in for 10-15 minutes, then press the reset button."

We got this timer for our window air conditioner in our old church. Oklahoma summers can be quite uncomfortable. Our window unit is really too small for the room and it faces west--not too good in the afternoon. We have been waiting for someone to make a weekly timer. A regular daily timer did not suit our need. We needed a timer to come on only on Wednesday and Sunday. We have programmed our timer to activate the AC at 7am on those days, in the cool of the morning. That makes it easy for the AC to cool and maintain the cool until we leave for the day.
The timer has battery back-up so it does not loose its programming during power failures. Those batteries are replacable; it uses a couple of button batteries. We are **so** pleased. My husband, the pastor, says this timer is worth every penny.

Received when expected, came in retail packaging that was easy to get into (I hate having to struggle to get into packaging meant for Walmart/Target customers).
Plastic strip that protects batteries (for internal clock, so it'll keep time even in power outages) ripped on *both* units that I bought...no big deal, removed cover and plucked out strip.
Easy to program, came with single page of instructions. If you can program one of those cheap digital watches, you can do this intuitively (without having to indent hidden buttons...these buttons are big and right on front). If you can't program simple stuff, you'll probably struggle with this too!
I'm satisfied...5 stars.

It is easy to program with plenty of varibles and it performs up to expectations so far, It was purchased to cycle cable and other components off/on when away from house. Good price for 10 amps.
